Courtney wears many hats! She works for the agency trainer, works as a DSP when needed on the floor, helps Carl out with special projects, helps Steve with different things, and works in the office at 21. She usually is the first person people see when entering 21, she answers the phone-which means she is talking to guardians. She is professional, honest, willing to work on the floor when needed, talks time to talk to the individuals in our programs, and always shows them respect and dignity. She listens to them, and enjoys interacting with them.
