Jane has a take charge attitude. She engages and energizes her coworkers to work together for the common goal of making our agency better. She respects our mission and sheds a positive light on Central Aroostook Association. She is a team player who encourages the individuals she supports to obtain new skills and enhance current skills to become as independent as possible in their respective communities. Her coworkers consistently reach out to her for her ideas and recommendations in a variety of situation to help with the individuals they support.
