Jody has taken on a great deal of initiative since arriving in Home & Community Supports. She has taken the initiative to provide direct care for multiple individuals often with little notice; assist a new person in home supports with a move to another apartment, delivered a chair to another individual on a Saturday, and has been a champion and advocate for several individuals with additional medical needs. Her technique with assigning staff and managing the schedule is with a high degree of success. She clearly hold herself accountable.
